How is pricing determined?+

Pricing is scoped after the Discovery Call, based on the complexity of your product, the depth of validation required, and additional services. Every proposal is built around your specific project. The $500 USD from the Discovery Call is credited in full toward the project fee.

When do I pay?+

The full project fee is paid after you confirm the engagement and the scope is finalized — typically within the 10 business days following your Project Proposal. Once confirmed, the full project fee is paid upfront before work begins. Any additional services or expanded scope you request later are scoped and quoted separately, with your approval.

Do you take any payment from manufacturers?+

No. We do not take any payment from manufacturers — not commissions, not finder's fees, not hidden percentages on quotes. Our only client is you. Every recommended manufacturer is verified through capacity assessment, certification audits, financial signal checks, and on-site visits where the project requires them. Our work is to find the manufacturers that best fit your specifications, certifications, and operational needs — and to give you the complete information to make an informed decision. After delivery, you have 3 months of post-project support included, and we stay reachable for follow-up questions or additional context.

Can you help with shipping and logistics from Mexico?+

Yes. We are not a freight forwarder or customs broker, but we coordinate the full logistics operation when your situation calls for it. Depending on what works for you, you have two paths. If you already have logistics infrastructure on your side, that is completely fine — we can share recommendations from our network of verified carriers, customs brokers, and warehouses so you have trusted options whenever you need them. If you prefer that BLACKETT handles the full coordination — carrier selection, customs brokerage, USMCA strategy, warehousing, tracking, and incident resolution — we bring in the network we have built over eight years inside the Mexico–U.S.–Canada corridor. The first 5 business days are typically used to review the Proposal and confirm the engagement. The next 5 business days are reserved for refinements so the project is built exactly around what you need.
