Everything you share with BLACKETT is held in strict confidence from the moment of payment. We never disclose your information to third parties without your written consent. A mutual NDA is signed at the start of any engagement that follows.

Within 48 hours of your Discovery Call, you receive your Project Proposal with locked scope and fixed pricing. From that moment, you have 10 business days to review, refine, and confirm. The $500 USD is credited in full toward the engagement when you decide to move forward.

The $500 USD reflects that work and is credited in full toward any engagement you choose to begin within 10 days of the Proposal. The Proposal is yours regardless of what comes next.

The Mexico Sourcing Project is scoped and priced individually for every client, based on the specifics of your situation. Pricing depends on the complexity of your product, the depth of validation required, the number of manufacturers to assess, and any additional services included such as logistics coordination or plant visits. There is no fixed price for the project because no two situations are the same. The Project Proposal you receive within 48 hours contains the locked scope, fixed pricing, and timeline built specifically around what we discussed in your call.

The 10-day window starts when you receive your Project Proposal — which arrives within 48 hours after your Discovery Call. From that moment, you have 10 business days to review the Proposal with your team, request any refinements or adjustments to the scope, and confirm whether you want to move forward with the project. The first 5 business days are typically used to review the Proposal and confirm the engagement. The next 5 business days are reserved for refinements so the project is built exactly around what you need. If you decide to engage BLACKETT within those 10 days, the $500 USD from your Discovery Call is credited in full toward the project. There is no rush — the window simply ensures the Proposal stays current and the work moves forward at a professional pace.

Once you complete your payment and intake form, you are redirected to our scheduling page where you can see all the available time slots for the coming days. You select the slot that works for your calendar, complete the booking, and receive immediate confirmation by email. Sessions are conducted by video call in English. The first available slot is typically within 2 to 5 business days, depending on availability. If you need a specific time outside the standard availability, you can let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

Yes. If your situation is time-sensitive and you need to meet sooner than the standard 2 to 5 business days availability, mention it in your intake form or in a note when you complete your booking. We will do our best to accommodate a session within 24 to 48 hours when possible. Rush sessions are subject to team availability, but we treat urgent sourcing situations with the priority they deserve.
