Come to Mexico to meet your manufacturers — or let BLACKETT validate them for you.

Site visits are part of how BLACKETT validates manufacturers for your project. When the project requires it, our team visits the manufacturers in person to confirm that they meet your needs — certifications, production capacity, quality standards, experience, and infrastructure.

If you want to come to Mexico to validate the manufacturers in person, BLACKETT coordinates the visit so the trip is a productive business meeting. This is an optional layer of the engagement — added at the start of the project or later, if you decide to come.

Your Decision
We coordinate. You decide.
Why we validate

We make sure the manufacturers fit your needs.

When the project requires on-site validation, our team visits the manufacturers in Mexico to confirm that they meet your specifications — certifications, production capacity, quality standards, infrastructure, and operational experience.

If you leave the validation in our hands, BLACKETT makes sure the manufacturers we deliver at the end of the project are the ones that truly fit your needs. This is done with continuous communication throughout the project, so you always know where the work stands and what we have found.

Eight years of experience listening to clients like you, then doing the work. The priority is to listen first, understand what you need, and support the project with what is required.

You do not have to come to Mexico to know your manufacturers fit. The validation is documented in writing and included in your Project Proposal — capacity assessment, certification verification, on-site findings, and photos from each visit.

If you want to come

Validate your manufacturers in person.

If you want to come to Mexico to validate the capacity of the potential manufacturers in person, BLACKETT coordinates the full visit — meetings with pre-qualified manufacturers, ground transport, hotel recommendations, and airport coordination. The trip is structured around your decisions, so every meeting moves your project forward.

What we coordinate

Everything around the visit.

When you decide to come, our team manages the operation so you focus on the business meetings.

Pre-qualified manufacturer meetings

Meetings scheduled and confirmed at the manufacturers that already passed our validation. Organized in a logical itinerary across regions, typically 2 to 3 visits per day depending on distances and meeting depth.

Ground transportation

From the moment you arrive until your departure flight, our team handles your transportation: airport pickup, ground transport between cities, flights between regions when needed, and drivers who know the country, the roads, and how to move efficiently. You do not arrange any transportation on your side.

Hotel recommendations

Based on your flight schedule and the cities you are visiting, we recommend hotels that match your preferences and coordinate the bookings. Hotel payments are made directly by you, so there are no markup charges.

Real-time English-Spanish translation

Our team accompanies you to every meeting with full bilingual support. IELTS certified for professional English, so communication is fluid in both directions, from executive conversations to technical discussions on the production floor.

On-the-ground support

Our team is with you throughout the trip. We manage the logistics, the routes, the timing, and the operational details — with eight years of experience moving across the country. You focus on the business decisions.

Investment

Clear separation of costs.

To keep the trip simple and free of surprises, the costs are split clearly.

You cover

Your international flights, your hotel payments (booked through our recommendations), and your personal expenses during the trip.

BLACKETT coordinates and includes

All ground transportation in Mexico, scheduling of manufacturer meetings, routing across cities, bilingual support, and on-the-ground operations throughout the visit. No markup, no hidden fees.

Coordination scope

If site visits are planned from the start of the engagement, the coordination cost is included in your Project Proposal. If you decide later in the project that you want to come, we add the coordination to the project with its own quote — locked scope, fixed price, no markup.

When you decide

Your decision, at any point in the project.

Site visits are discussed during your Discovery Call. If you already know you want to come to Mexico, the coordination scope is included in your Project Proposal from the start. If you decide later in the project that you want to come, we add the coordination at that moment and plan the trip from there.

Either way, the choice is yours. There is no expectation to travel. We do the validation work regardless, and the contact information of every recommended manufacturer is handed to you directly — the relationship is yours from day one.

Common Questions

Frequently asked questions.

Do I have to come to Mexico to validate manufacturers?+

No. On-site validation is part of how BLACKETT operates when the project requires it. We validate on the ground, document the findings in writing, and include the report in your Project Proposal. You can move forward based on our work without traveling.

If I come, who accompanies me?+

A member of our team accompanies you throughout the entire trip. IELTS certified for professional English, so communication is fluid in both directions. Our team manages the on-site logistics and supports you in meetings. Final decisions are always yours.

How many manufacturers can I visit per day?+

Typically 2 to 3 manufacturers per day, depending on distances between cities and the depth of each visit. The itinerary is designed so the trip is productive, focused, and respects your time.

What does the coordination cost?+

The coordination of site visits is scoped during your Discovery Call. If site visits are part of the engagement from the start, the coordination is included in your Project Proposal. If you decide later in the project that you want to come, we add the coordination as an additional service with a separate quote. Your international flights and hotel payments are covered directly by you.

Will you negotiate with manufacturers for me?+

Our team provides full English-Spanish translation and supports you during conversations, but we do not negotiate or make decisions on your behalf. Pricing, terms, and partnerships are always your decisions. Our role is to make sure language is never a barrier and that you have what you need to decide.

Can I visit any region of Mexico?+

Yes. BLACKETT operates across all of Mexico. Wherever your pre-qualified manufacturers are located — Bajío, Northeast, Central, Western, Southeast, or anywhere else — we coordinate the visit, the routes, and the on-the-ground operations.

What happens if I choose not to come?+

Nothing changes in the engagement. We complete the validation work, document the findings in your Project Proposal, and hand you the direct contact information of every recommended manufacturer. The relationship with each manufacturer is yours from day one, regardless of whether you come to Mexico or not.
